User Manual for connecting to IT-Fabrik DaaS - iOS
1. Installing the client

First step is to install the appropriate client for connecting to the service itself. Click on the link below to get the client for the iOS

Install the Windows Desktop app from the app store.

Launch the Windows Desktop app and grant access

2. Connecting with client

Tap the Plus symbol (“+”) to subscribe to a new feed

Tap on “Add Workspace”

Enter your Username and Password

Now you should be greeted with IT-Fabrik DaaS tenant, showing the desktop pool named “First WVD pool“.

Tap on it will connect to the Desktop, but before you can reach it, you will need to enter your credentials

3. Closing connections

Tap on the middle button at the top of the screen

Tap the “X” for the desktop you’d like to close or “Disconnect all PCs” in the bottom right

NOTE: You can also simply log off from the desktop you’re connected to.

NOTE: You can change the way the computer responds to input by clicking the middle button at the top then selecting the hand symbol or mouse symbol in the top left corner. Touch mode will use your touch as the mouse left-click and mouse mode will let you move the move around the screen with your finger.
